Hanham surgery has 2 Nurse Practitioners; Alison Hawkins and Nicola Bebb.

A Nurse Practitioner is an experienced nurse who has undertaken a specific course of study to enable them to see patients with undiagnosed problems.

They offer a complementary source of health care with an assessment of health care needs.

They can:
    - assess you and make a diagnosis
    - initiate and review treatment
    - order tests and investigations
    - give advice on health issues and screening
    - refer you on to a doctor or a specialist as appropriate

Make an appointment at reception; same day appointments are usually available.
